• Specialized forklift requirement: A Reach Truck or forklift with extended forks is required to access deeper pallets, which may increase initial equipment costs.

• Not suitable for short shelf-life goods: Due to the LIFO principle, Double Deep Racking is not ideal for perishable products or those requiring strict FIFO rotation.
